Group neurodiversity coaching

Understanding Neurodiversity helps us unlock growth across teams, access new ideas and a greater sense of well-being.

Group Coaching allows participants to learn from each other and identify common themes that will be discussed in the group sessions.
Participants will build a toolkit of strategies to support their challenges and work towards a better understanding of how they can be supported in the workplace and where they can draw on their strengths.
I recommend groups of 4 to 8 participants. Group Coaching is tailored for the specific challenges that the group identifies to work on rather than individual diagnoses and is suitable for any Neurodivergent member of your team, whether diagnosed or self-diagnosed.
Sessions can be delivered weekly or fortnightly over Zoom or MS Teams as you prefer.
The sessions last for 60 minutes (up to 6 people) or 90 minutes (up to 8 people).
A block of 6 or 8 sessions works well.
If participants have individual challenges they would like support with, I offer a special rate for 1-to-1 coaching for anyone who has completed the group programme.

I have found coaching with Lisa hugely beneficial to being effective in my role as someone who is late diagnosed as autistic with ADHD. Together we have developed strategies that are already starting to make work and life a little less stressful and I feel confident that I will continue to use these to both my own benefit and the benefit of my role.
Kian Scott-Loach, Terrence Higgins Trust
A lot of people use the word “holistic” to describe the service they offer but often don’t deliver in such a manner. Lisa has exceptional business knowledge and expertise and genuinely provides a holistic service. She has delivered far more to Flude than the initial role she was appointed for. We are a much improved business as a result and very grateful for this.
Ed Flude & Andrew Halfacree, Directors, Flude Property Consultants
Lisa is the most peaceful relaxed person, she experiences the common struggles we face with ADHD so she’s a safe space, and helps you work through things to find different ways you might help yourself. I like to call these ‘the tricks’… Lisa can't tell you what they are because they’re different for everyone - but she holds your hand whilst you find your own ‘tricks’ to making your life a little bit easier.

I approached coaching with suspision and sceptism. My life experiences sadly have taught me that I need to face my struggles on my own so the idea of discussing with someone was extremely alien to me. I am pleased to say that Lisa has changed my view on this. She has helped me to rethink the way I approach situations and also given me tools that I can use going forward. The next steps seem a lot less daunting now. I just wish I had more sessions booked and that she could be available whenever I need to approach something new.
Dieter Swindley
I truly appreciate the support I’ve received during my sessions. Lisa helped me put practical strategies in place, and over time, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I manage daily challenges. These changes have made a positive impact on my life, and I feel more equipped to handle things with greater ease. I’m grateful for the guidance and feel much more in control of my situation now.

Lisa has a unique insight gained both in Corporate Finance and having worked as a CFO and we have no hesitation in introducing her to our clients. We worked together on one particular client for 18 months and Lisa did a fantastic job sorting out the client both at a strategic and granular level.
Adrian Alexander, Corporate Finance Partner, FRP Corporate Finance
Lisa's unique combination of empathy, financial proficiency, and HR prowess, along with her remarkable ability to guide and inspire, make her an exceptional asset to any organisation. Lisa's contributions undoubtedly elevate both team dynamics and overall business outcomes.
Tim Wilson, Managing Director, Assist Care Group
Lisa has provided an exceptional level of professional support to the Coast to Capital Business Recovery Grant programme. Her due diligence reports were comprehensive and dependable. Lisa’s support ensured that all targets were achieved which would have been unlikely without her expert guidance and input.
Malcolm Brabon, Head of Services, Coast to Capital LEP
Lisa hosted a fabulous webinar for f:Entrepreneur all about getting your business mindset ready for the New Year. Lisa was a wealth of information, insight and advice for fellow business owners and we all loved the session and found it extremely helpful.
Karen Campbell, f:Entrepreneur
Lisa, thank you for educating me! Your masterclass isn't just informative, it's powerful in its message on what businesses should be doing in understanding and embracing neurodivergent employees to make their workplaces not just truly diverse but a more creative & productive environment.
Kate Garvie, HR Manager, Simmons Gainsford Group
"I love Lisa's calm, reassuring manner, and her ability to be flexible and responsive, while following a structured approach. Working with Lisa has been the best investment I've ever made in my professional - and personal - development."
Ettie Bailey-King, Founder, Fighting Talk
