Yes. I offer neurodiversity awareness workshops that can be delivered to teams of any size, in person or online. Sessions are engaging, practical, and designed to shift mindsets as well as build knowledge. Bespoke content can be developed to reflect your industry and workplace culture.
Neurodivergent employees bring significant strengths — including creative thinking, hyperfocus, pattern recognition, and problem-solving — when supported effectively. Investing in inclusion reduces turnover, improves wellbeing, and unlocks potential that a neurotypical-default workplace often misses.
I offer a range of services to help organisations become genuinely neurodiversity-inclusive, including staff awareness training, manager coaching, policy review, workplace needs assessments, and bespoke consultancy. All services are practical, evidence-informed, and tailored to your organisation.
Yes — this is one of the areas I specialise in. I can work with your leadership team and HR to review policies, design training, and build a culture where Neurodivergent employees can do their best work. See also our Neurodiversity Services in Business for more detail.
Every engagement is tailored to your needs. We'll start with a discovery conversation to understand your challenges and goals. From there I'll propose a programme of work — which might include workshops, one-to-one sessions, strategy development, or a combination — and we'll agree on timelines and outcomes together.
I work with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and small teams to larger organisations. Whether you're looking to improve team performance, navigate change, or build a more inclusive workplace culture, I can help you develop a practical, people-first approach.
Mainstream coaching models are often designed with neurotypical brains in mind. Neurodiversity Coaching adapts the process — from how sessions are structured to how goals are explored — to work with your brain rather than expecting you to fit a standard mould.
I work with a wide range of Neurodivergent clients including those with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and other neurotypes. If you're not sure whether coaching is right for you, book a free 20-minute intro call and we can explore it together.
Neurodiversity Coaching is an affirming coaching approach that supports Neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and other neurotypes — to thrive in their own way. It focuses on strengths, self-understanding, and practical strategies for everyday life.
Not at all. Some clients come with a presentation, pitch, or talk on the horizon. Others simply want to feel more comfortable and confident speaking up in meetings or social situations. Either way, the coaching is tailored to where you are and where you want to get to.
Absolutely. The coaching is neurodiversity-affirming and takes into account the specific challenges that Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD individuals may face in speaking settings — such as sensory sensitivities, processing differences, or masking fatigue. We work with your communication style, not against it.
Yes. Anxiety about public speaking is extremely common, including among Neurodivergent individuals. We'll work at a pace that suits you, exploring the root of the anxiety and building confidence gradually through practical strategies and, where appropriate, gentle exposure.
Absolutely. Many clients come to coaching mid-discovery or shortly after identification. Coaching can be a powerful space to make sense of your experiences, explore your identity, and start building a life that genuinely fits you.
When you're AuDHD, the two neurotypes interact in complex ways — for example, the Autistic need for routine can clash with the ADHD tendency to seek novelty. AuDHD-specific coaching acknowledges this interplay and helps you find strategies that work for your whole brain.
AuDHD refers to individuals who are both Autistic and have ADHD. The combination creates a unique neurotype with its own set of strengths and challenges that don't always fit neatly into advice written for either condition alone.
Yes. Autistic burnout is a real and serious experience, and many clients come to coaching while recovering from or trying to prevent burnout. We'll explore what's draining your energy, identify your boundaries, and develop sustainable strategies to protect your wellbeing.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you set and reach your own goals. It is not about telling you what to do or providing care. You are the expert on your own experience — the Coach is there to ask the right questions and help you find your own solutions.
No diagnosis is required. Whether you are formally diagnosed, self-identified, or simply exploring whether Autism might be part of your experience, coaching is open to you. The focus is on your goals and wellbeing, not a label.
Autism Coaching is a neurodiversity-affirming coaching approach designed to support Autistic individuals in navigating daily life, relationships, and work. Rather than trying to mask or change Autistic traits, we work with your strengths and build strategies that feel authentic to you.
Yes — these are among the most common areas ADHD clients want to work on. Together we'll explore the specific challenges you face and build personalised strategies that work with your ADHD brain, not against it. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here.
Therapy helps you to resolve issues from your past. Coaching works with you in the present and helps you find strategies to support your future. You might work with both a therapist and a Coach. Professionally qualified therapists and coaches work within the ethical guidelines of their governing bodies and will refer you to a different professional if needed.
We'll start by having a 20-minute intro call. This gives us a chance to say hi and check we're a good fit. I'll ask you some questions to get a basic understanding of why you're looking to work with a Coach right now. If you'd like to go for it, you'll choose a Coaching Package that works for you. We'll start with a Strategy & Planning session to figure out what your goals are for the Coaching sessions. Then we'll have weekly Coaching sessions over Zoom or phone calls, where you'll choose the topic that you'd like to be coached on and I'll support you to find strategies to move forward.
Absolutely not. Coaching can work for anyone as the approach follows the International Coaching Federation standards and ethics. I've got additional training in ADHD coaching, Autism and neurodiversity-inclusive coaching specifically so I'm able to support with the unique challenges our Neurodivergent brains can bring.
ADHD Coaching is a specialised form of coaching that focuses on helping ADHDers manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being. An ADHD Coach works with clients to develop strategies to overcome the challenges associated with ADHD and to help you reach your personal, academic, and professional goals.
